Definitions

“We”, “Our”, “Us”, or "FRANKIE4" is FrankieB Pty Ltd, ACN 144 790 321, 1/1 Swann Road Taringa QLD 4068, info@frankie4.com.au, https://frankie4.com/, Instagram: @frankie4footwear, https://www.facebook.com/frankie4.footwear/.

“Customer” means any person who purchases goods from FRANKIE4 footwear.

“Promotion", "Offer", or "Offers" means all sale offers available during the Promotion Period.

"Event" is FRANKIE4's Melbourne Pop-Up Event.

“Promotion Period” is during opening hours from Thursday 7 May 2026 – Saturday 9 May 2026.

"Opening Hours" are Thursday 7 May: 10AM - 7PM, Friday 8 May: 10AM - 6PM, Saturday 9 May: 10AM - 3PM (all times listed in AEST).

"Selected Range" means the styles that the Offers are available to be redeemed towards, as outlined in these Terms.

Event Overview

A large though selected range of footwear styles ("Selected Range") will be available to try on and purchase at the Event. See styles available at the Event listed in "Selected Range" (subject to stock and size availability). Exclusive Offers will be available for purchases made at the Event only, see "Offers" for more information.

The Melbourne Pop-Up Event will be held at The Venue, 408 City Rd, Southbank VIC 3006.

Offers

These Offers are available for purchases made at the Melbourne Pop-Up Event during the Promotion Period only, and are available for in-stock products at the Melbourne Pop-Up Event only. Offers available while stocks last, only.

Offer 1: Purchase any 1 pair of full-price footwear* at the Event (Selected Styles only, excluding final sale markdown styles), and receive 25% off the eligible full-priced footwear.

Offer 2: Purchase any 2 pairs of full-price footwear* at the Event (Selected Styles only, excluding final sale markdown styles) in the same transaction, and receive 30% off the eligible full-priced footwear.

Offer 3: Purchase any 3 or more pairs of full-price footwear* at the Event (Selected Styles only, excluding final sale markdown styles) in the same transaction, and receive 35% off the eligible full-priced footwear.

Select styles from within the Selected Range will be marked down to $60, $99 and $129, and are excluded from the above Offers (Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3).

*Full-price footwear excludes products marked down to $60, $99 and $129.

Offer prices can be browsed through the site accessed only via QR codes on signage at the Event. Site is not reflective of stock availability and is to be used as a guide for Offer discounting only. Site is not available for purchases. Site is not intended to be accessed by customers who are not in attendance at the Event. 

Maximum of one (1) Offer can be applied per eligible purchase. The maximum Offer eligible for a purchase will be applied.

No other offers, discount codes, or promotions are available for redemption at the Melbourne Pop-Up Event.

Styles purchased under any of these Offers may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on their allocated discount, see Return Policy below for more information.

No rainchecks or backdating of sale prices available for this Event, or for the Offers available at the Event. This promotion is available at the Melbourne Pop-Up Event only, not available online, through our concept stores, or at our independent stockists. These Terms & Conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Policy

Styles discounted 25-35% off: Sales under this offer are eligible for a return as per our standard policy. Provided the shoes are returned within 30 days in their as new and unworn condition, a return is eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund. A return shipping fee may apply.

Styles discounted to $60, $99 and $129: Sales under this offer are considered a final sale product and are not eligible for return (unless faulty). No exchanges, store credits, or refunds available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size).

Stock Availability

All offers during the Promotion Period are available while stocks last. We are unable to hold stock aside during the Promotion Period. All available stock for the event is at the event. Stock will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis. If the stock is sold out at the event, this does mean that we have sold out. We will not be restocking during the Promotion Period. No rainchecks or backdating of sale prices available for this promotion.

Selected Styles

The Selected Styles listed will be available to try on and purchase at the Event, pending size and stock availability. All Offers during the Promotion Period are available while stocks last. We are unable to hold stock aside during the Promotion Period. All available stock for the event is at the event. Stock will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis. If the stock is sold out at the event, this does mean that we have sold out. We will not be restocking during the Promotion Period. No rainchecks or backdating of sale prices available for this promotion.

Overview

To enter the Spin & Win offer, scan the relevant QR code at the Melbourne Pop-Up Event and complete the prompts. Valid email address, name, and consent to email is required to enter and receive your Spin & Win discount. Maximum of one entry per eligible email address. Each eligible entry will win a prize. Prizes vary between 20% Discount, 25% Discount, $40 Voucher, $50 Voucher, $250 Voucher.

Spin & Win discount is not valid to be redeemed during the Melbourne Pop-Up Event. Spin & Win discount code will be emailed to the provided email address once the Melbourne Pop-Up Event has concluded, on Monday 11 May 2026. Discount is valid between Monday 11 May 2026 and Friday 31 July 2026. 

Use of Discount

Discount is valid for use at FRANKIE4 Concept Stores or online (frankie4.com).

Discount is valid for specified amount off full-priced footwear only. Discounts vary between 20% Discount, 25% Discount, $40 Voucher, $50 Voucher, $250 Voucher.

Discount is valid for one use per customer and expires Friday 31 July 2026. 

Discount code must be applied at the checkout, for offer to apply.

Discount cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

Discount cannot be redeemed for cash or backdated on other purchases.

Discount is available on full-priced footwear only (excludes COAST by FRANKIE4 and Limited Edition) and cannot be redeemed on gift cards, shoelaces, or socks.
